To this end, our Business Development Managers take care of the strategic and operational development of the company and bring new business ideas forward.

Whatever the issue, our Internal Sales department always has an open ear for the concerns of the customer and helps where it can. Customer satisfaction and thus customer service is a major priority for us. Together with our External Sales, the Internal Sales looks after our customers and prepares the appropriate, individually tailored offer.

With several thousand products, it is hard to keep track. Our experts in External Sales therefore provide customers with expert advice and help them choose the product that suits them best. They bring the products to the customers and ensure sales success. They also look after the customer and ensure that the project runs smoothly.

To ensure that our products become the best, we work with high-quality raw materials and production parts. Our purchasing department ensures that all necessary parts are on the spot. They negotiate the best prices and select the most suitable offers. Thereby he works with the most reliable suppliers.

Over a hundred packages enter and leave our warehouse every day. Our warehouse staff ensures that everything runs according to plan and that our customers receive their products on time. They coordinate picking, keep an eye on inventory management and take on every logistical challenge.

Values are created in our production facility in Frankfurt / Oder. With dedication and precision our products - which are in demand worldwide - are manufactured and processed by our highly qualified specialists from various professional fields. Production Engineer
If you want the best, you can’t stand still. That is why our production engineers always keep an eye on our production processes and plan and optimize them where necessary. Of course, they also put new plant components and production processes into operation. In all of this, they work closely with customers and suppliers.

Excellent quality is a matter of course for us. So that we can guarantee them at all times and in all processes and workflows our quality managers ensure that this claim is integrated everywhere. They carry out quality planning and assurance. They also deal with complaints and support the particular departments in solving problems.
