Administrative-Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks
  • You communicate with Tunisian administration like CNSS, tax office, job office and customs
  • You are involved in preparation of imports and exports of production goods
  • You will assist the company with local procurements for production needs, cash and suppliers management and preparation of monthly accountancy data
  • You will assist the company with HR tasks like pay slips operators, holiday tracking and organization of trainings or business trips
  • You will support further internal organization and the compliance of our standard guidelines
Job profile
  • You have a Bachelor's degree and a driving license
  • You have good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Very good communications skills and very good knowledge of French and English are necessary
  • You have some experience with similar tasks in the production environment already
