INTERVIEW: New challenge within Yamaichi

An internal move within a company offers numerous advantages. One of our colleagues, who recently took on a new position within Yamaichi, reports on his experiences and impressions.

3 questions for Loïc Coussement, who has moved from Product Engineer to Product Manager.

What advantages do you see in changing positions within the company compared to an external move?
“I get to know other parts of the long process at Yamaichi - from customer requests to product delivery - in a familiar environment. I'm also working with colleagues I already know and appreciate. That makes the change very pleasant for me.”

What made you accept the new position and how does it feel so far?
“My interest in the Y-Circ P product portfolio motivated me to take on the new role. Thanks to my great colleagues, the transition feels really good so far.”

What expectations did you have of the new position, and have they been met so far?
“I wanted to learn new tools and delve deeper into our processes. After two months, I can say that I'm still learning a lot - but that's exactly what I expected.”

The internal transfer has not only opened up new opportunities for our employee, but has also given him the chance to get to know the company even better and develop further.

We wish him continued success on his new path!
