Eating together brings people together - dancing too
The journey by bus, train or car was partly individual, but everyone came together for dinner on Friday evening at the latest. The legendary event location Zentralheize offered the first highlight for the eyes, but the stomach was not neglected thanks to a varied course menu and a rich selection of desserts. After the culinary treats, it was time to get dancing and get to know colleagues in a "completely different way" in the in-house photo box.
Stadtrallye and Sightseeing
The next day, teamwork and strategic thinking were required: during a city rally through the historic streets of Erfurt, the employees had to work together in teams to solve tricky tasks and puzzles - and discover the city's hidden treasures along the way. Passing well-known sights and famous "children of the city" such as Bernd das Brot or Käpt’n Blaubär, the teams fought their way to victory - which of course had to be celebrated with sparkling wine!
"A great opportunity for networking and team building"
An informal dinner rounded off the weekend perfectly and at the end all participants agreed: this weekend was not only a great opportunity to explore a new city, but also a valuable contribution to meeting old and new colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. Verena Remppis, Human Resource & Administration Director Manager at Yamaichi, summarised: "The joint trip was a fantastic opportunity for our teams to network outside of the working environment and gain positive experiences together".
The Yamaichi team would like to thank all participants for making this weekend unforgettable and the organising team for the smooth running of the trip.
